You, with your new family

You have a new baby (or babies) under the age of 12 months. You know the importance of rest, time and self-care. You want to thrive during the early days and weeks and not just survive each day…the stories you have heard have already made you a bit anxious. You want to feel empowered, motivated and peaceful as you transition into motherhood at your own pace.

Enter me, your Postpartum Doula

A woman who will listen to what what you want and provide some gentle guidance along the way,  I come to you providing you with stolen moments to rest as I care for your baby or precious time to give your full attention to your new bundle(s) as I help around your home.  You won’t run late with me helping you and baby out the door to appointments and you will sleep peacefully at night knowing your baby will be cared for and brought to you if needed. When a mother is strong, nurtured and confident… she is unshakeable!

I have a passion for this time in life and want to show mothers (and families) that we are meant to thrive each day with our baby and not just feel we survived!  I have been helping new moms in postpartum with a focus on breastfeeding for over 10 years.  I also love working with women as they transition back to work.
